As of this August 2018, Vivid allows Cannabis merchants to accept Card Payments on smart terminals like Poynt and Clover (https://www.hellovivid.com/cbd)
It's been a long time coming and we're excited to help Cannabis merchants to accept payments legally. Today CBD Merchants can accept both Credit Card and Debit Cards with Vivid, where THC Merchant can only accept Debit Cards.
The per transaction fee for THC merchants starts at 3.95% + .30c before negotiation. The per transaction fee for CBD can vary with an interchange plus plan.
