Boomtown will feature their white-labeled chat support (microConnect) on the Foundry POS Software that will be used on the Carbon Payment Terminals. The Carbon devices sold by Paysafe will also have the Boomtown Connect Application for 24/7 Video and Chat Support. Through this same application, merchants will be able to dispatch local technicians to their business anywhere in the U.S.
