The wait is finally over...
After a long spring and pandemic, Restaurants like Palm House and The Dorian in San Francisco will re-open for outdoor dining. Mayor London Breed has given the go ahead to sidewalk seating and open patio dining.
The 7x7 team has put together a list of restaurants that will be opening with the new rules in place. Some of these restaurants already had outdoor dining, where restaurants like Balboa Cafe are introducing roof top seating for the first time.
Restaurants will need to get creative to provide more dining options with the little space they have. Not every restaurant will be able to open right away and some will need special permits based on their location, size, and the amount of space between tables.
It's a small win for San Francisco, but a huge win for the local businesses trying to get back on their feet.
